Epic Arts at Our Odyssey

Epic Arts is a weekly expressive arts-making meet-up led by an art therapist. No art-making experience is needed - this program is just about having fun, expressing yourself and using your creativity.

Epic Arts is free, virtual and open to all young adults, 18-35, with rare and/or chronic health conditions.  We'll work together, using the arts to build community, connectivity and creativity while learning some helpful skills along the way for stress management and self-awareness.

Epic Arts is led by Amber L. Cromwell, LMFT ATR-BC. Amber is a board certified art therapist, arts educator and mental health advocate. She is most passionate about her work in community spaces, bringing people together for collaborative art making, and offering opportunities for positive self-expression.

Amber has an online private practice, provides art therapy groups in LAUSD Schools with Cedars-Sinai Share & Care program, and is always finding ways to collaborate with agencies who are as excited as she is to influence healing and connection through the arts. She is a clinical supervisor in the Helen B Landgarten Art Therapy Clinic and the Project Director of the Summer Arts Workshop at Loyola Marymount University.
